MOBILE PORTABILITY PROCEDURES
Happy to hear that swtiching of networks using a single sim. Central government of INDIA have taken measures to help the mobile strategies.
So its simple and easy to shift over to any network.
NOTE:
- Charge of RS 19 is applicable for network change
- The current Balance will not be carried on when you shift to another network
- Duration of change of processing takes around 2 weeks.
PROCEDURE
- TYPE 'PORT' <SPACE> MOBILE NO and send it to 1900.
- You will recieve a UNICODE porting no ID
- CALL your customer care executive and tell them the UNICODE which you u have recieved.
- your process will be started.
- After maximum of 2 weeks your network will be changed.
